This is for any business that wants its website kept secure, current and online — without having to think about the technical side. Whether we built your site or not, we take on the upkeep: the hosting, the certificates, the security checks, and the everyday content changes you'd otherwise have to find time for or chase someone else about.
It runs as a monthly retainer, so there's no long-term contract and you can cancel anytime. Every plan includes a set allowance of changes each month, all tracked with timestamps in your client portal, so you always know exactly what's been done.
The reason upkeep matters isn't dramatic — it's that small things quietly go wrong. A certificate lapses, a dependency falls behind, a contact form stops delivering, a page slows down after an update. Left alone, any one of them can cost you enquiries without your ever noticing. Handing it to us means someone is watching for exactly those things, fixing them before they become a problem, and telling you plainly what was done — so your site stays an asset, not a worry at the back of your mind.

Monthly plans
Choose the level of support you need
Maintenance runs on our monthly retainers. Essentials (£99/mo) covers upkeep and three tasks a month. Standard (£199/mo) adds more allowance and progress reporting with six tasks a month. Growth (£399/mo) adds lead handling, search work and a quarterly strategy session. All roll monthly with no lock-in, and cancel anytime.

Good to know
Do you maintain sites you didn't build?
Yes. We review the site first, bring hosting and security up to standard, and then look after it from there. A free website health check is a good first step to see what it needs.
What counts as a “task”?
A task is a piece of change work — a content edit, an image swap, a layout tweak, a small fix. Most are around half an hour of focused work; larger pieces can count as several tasks or be quoted separately.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. The retainers roll monthly and you can cancel anytime. Full detail is on the pricing page.
What if I don't use my allowance one month?
Your allowance resets on the anniversary of your sign-up date each month. If you don't have specific requests, we can suggest improvements we've spotted for you to approve — so the allowance still works for you.
Completing the year: once the everyday is handled, the last stage is the infrastructure underneath it all.
