Every retainer includes Naira client portal access — a private dashboard where you can track your tasks, see what's in progress, and manage requests directly. Tasks are tracked from assignment through to completion with full timestamps, so you always know exactly where every piece of work stands. The portal also gives you a shared asset space — upload reference materials, brand assets and briefs to NDG, and download the deliverables we produce for you, all in one place.

Your retainer is always working for you. Each plan includes work we do continuously in the background — hosting oversight, security monitoring, performance checks, and (on higher tiers) progress reporting and lead inbox management. On top of that, you get a monthly allowance of NDG tasks: bigger pieces of work like new pages, SEO improvements, content additions, or growth campaigns. You can fill that allowance with your own requests, or — if you don't have specific asks in mind — we'll suggest tasks for you to approve, drawn from improvements we've spotted for your business. Either way, you get the full allowance of work shipped each month, and you decide which tasks we take on. Tasks vary in size, but most are around half an hour of focused NDG work — larger pieces (like a full landing page build or a major redesign) either count as multiple tasks or can be quoted as a bespoke project. Your allowance resets on the anniversary of your sign-up date each month.
