There are two fixed-scope packages. Launch (£750) is up to five pages with twelve months' hosting and a business-card design template. - DirectionIf you know the look you want, we run with it. If you're not sure, you choose from two or three prepared styles, and we write the wording for you from a short questionnaire.
- A working draft in 48 hoursWhen you bring your wording, images and references, we have a working draft in front of you within forty-eight hours.
- Two rounds of changesYou get two rounds of refinements before launch. Each round is one consolidated list of changes, so nothing gets lost and the site moves forward cleanly.
- Sign-off and launchOnce you're happy and have signed off, most sites go live within two weeks of us receiving the wording, images and sign-off.
To keep projects moving there is a fourteen-day reply window: if we don't hear back from you for fourteen days the project pauses, and the balance falls due when the site is ready to launch. A deposit starts the work (£375 on Launch, £600 on Grow) and the balance is invoiced once the site is ready.

That's genuinely it. If you don't have photography or written copy yet, say so at the consultation — the prepared styles and the questionnaire exist precisely so a blank page is never the thing standing between you and a live website.
After launch
We don't disappear at go-live
Every build includes two months of a monthly retainer for the small changes that always come up once a site is live — Launch comes with two months on Essentials, Grow with two months on Standard. You get a set allowance of changes each month, tracked in your client portal. After that, ongoing changes and growth work run through a monthly plan that suits you — or you can simply leave the site as it is.

How long does a website take?
We have a working draft in front of you within forty-eight hours of receiving your wording, images and references. Most sites then go live within two weeks of sign-off, depending on how quickly the two rounds of changes come back.
I don't know what I want it to look like. Is that a problem?
Not at all — it's the normal starting point. You choose from two or three prepared styles, and we write the wording for you from a short questionnaire. You don't have to arrive with a design or a finished brief.
How many changes can I ask for?
Two rounds of changes are included before launch. Each round is one consolidated list, which keeps the project clear and moving. Small changes after launch are covered by the two months of retainer included with your build.
What happens if I get busy and go quiet?

Do I have to write all the content myself?
